The three ingredients to success in business and life can be summed up as: successfully managing money, time and energy.
Money: Never have debt and live well within your means. Create and stick to a budget. Invest wisely. Provide for retirement and have insurance. Always maintain a certain amount of liquidity.
Have a plan and stick to it!
Time: As Stephen Covey stated, “Do what’s most important first”. Ask your self, “What should I be doing now?” Then do the action. Go slow but move!
Energy: Life is energy so workout at least three times per week with weights and do vigorous exercise daily for thirty minutes. Drink at least six glasses of water per day. Never smoke, avoid
sugar and fried foods. Get at least 7 hours of restful sleep. Get an annual physical and eat 5 to 6 small meals per day to stay within 10 pounds of your ideal body weight.
