Prior to joining Citi Personal Wealth Management, Mr. Gallucci had spent 13 years working in the Wealth Advisory and Wealth Planning Areas of Morgan Stanley and had responsibilities of meeting with High Net Worth Clients and their families to discuss all aspects of their financial circumstances while focusing on Federal Estate Tax and Federal Income Tax issues. Mr. Gallucci’s specialty was working with Corporate Executives and Business Owners. He had authored several articles for Morgan Stanley and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Publications that range from business succession to philanthropic and charitable gift planning. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gallucci was with KPMG, Peat Marwick where he worked in their Financial Planning and Tax Practices.
Mr. Gallucci earned a B.A. from Syracuse University, an M.S. from The American College and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 65 and 66 Licenses as well as a New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License and is a Certified Financial Planner, CFP® and Certified Private Wealth Advisor, CPWA®.
Anne was selected as a Fellow in Harvard University’s Advanced Leadership Initiative; a program bringing accomplished business leaders to Harvard to focus on addressing some of the challenges facing the world.
Prior to the Harvard fellowship, Anne served as Managing Director, Head of Client Development for Morgan Stanley. Before that position, Anne led Smith Barney’s national Retirement Services Group (all corporate and personal retirement business). Anne led one of the largest offices for Smith Barney in Boston for 10 years prior to moving to national roles. She started her career in financial services as a financial advisor.
Anne received her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University magna cum laude, her Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University and her Certificate in Advanced Leadership from Harvard University.
Shane began working at RBC Wealth Management in 2000. Previous leadership responsibilities include serving as Director of PCG Education and Development and as Manager of Financial Consultant Training. Former roles as a Training Consultant and as a Securities Continuing Education Coordinator were valuable experiences contributing to his training expertise and overall knowledge of key industry issues, as well.
As a thought leader, Shane was featured in the June, 2011 Registered Rep – Wirehouse Advisor article, “Getting the Most Out of Professional Development.” Prior to that, he launched the Accredited Wealth Manager Program – a professional designation available only to RBC Wealth Management financial advisors. To qualify, they must demonstrate proficiency with proposing and implementing appropriate solutions for sophisticated wealth management issues. Plus, he has served on several cross-disciplinary teams on high profile strategy projects over his years at RBC.
Outside of the securities industry, he is active with the American Society of Training and Development Twin Cities chapter. In the community, Shane donates his time and talent to adults with developmental challenges by providing social integration and fitness therapy through Hammer Residences of Minneapolis.
Kimberly joined Baird in 2008 as PWM’s Human Capital Business Partner before she was promoted onto the Sales Management team to lead our Talent Acquisition & Integration efforts in 2011.
With over 20 years of experience, Kimberly began her career as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen and later transitioned into Human Capital. She has contributed to team and organizational success at Arthur Andersen, Grant Thornton, and as the Director of Human Resources for Stark Investments.
Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She achieved the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2008.
JT began his career in financial services in 1981 with Raymond James, then transitioning to EF Hutton in 1983. In 1992, he became a National Training Officer in New York for Shearson Lehman Hutton, followed by a promotion in 1993 to the role of Manager of Financial Advisor Associate (FAA) Training which prepared new advisors for a successful career with Smith Barney. Since 1995, JT has managed branches in Arizona and Washington growing profitability through the development of advisory teams, recurring revenue streams and wealth advisory / financial planning. Before joining with his partners to create “Team Performance Group LLC,” JT was a Divisional Practice Management Consultant for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney working with high performance teams.
After 32 years of marriage JT and his wife Lucy have five grown children and one grandchild. JT is a strong supporter of two youth programs, the Boy Scouts of America where he has served many years as a scout leader and the Issaquah High School Wrestling program as an assistant coach. He also serves in leadership and / or instructing positions with several local organizations that focus on the family. JT is an avid snow and water skier.
In addition, John has worked at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans as the Director of Veteran Advisor Productivity and Development and Wealth Enhancement Group as the Vice President, Business Development.
John has a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Business Management and Psychology.
Outside of his professional life, John enjoys sitting on the boards of a number of charitable organization, biking, singing, travelling, and being a good husband to Lisa and a good father to two sons and a daughter.
As the financial services profession moves into an exciting era, Paul strives to not only provide these driven entrepreneurs with guidance but also with real-world experience as an advisor within a Barron’s top 10 independent advisory firm, Carson Wealth Management Group. Having built countless relationships with financial advisors all over the country, Paul holds an enterprise-wide role as an Executive Board Member with Carson Wealth Management Group, Carson Institutional Alliance, and Peak Advisor Alliance – and serves as the Managing Director of Business Development for all three companies.
Before joining the Carson enterprise, Paul spent over 14 years in the financial services profession. His most recent role up until the transition into Managing Director of Business Development was leading Peak Advisor Alliance. This role allowed Paul the ability to help both emerging and established advisors in many areas of their practice. It also led him into the current role he serves by advising clients of Carson Wealth as well as serving as an Executive Board Member for the enterprise.
Before joining Peak Advisor Alliance and Carson Wealth, Paul was a senior executive at a niche-focused RIA in the CPA market space. He also spent more than nine years in leadership positions at a large broker/dealer, Securities America, Inc. where his responsibilities included branch development, recruiting, retention, technology, consulting, and operations.
Paul received his Bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned his MBA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Paul and his wife Courtney have three children, twins Cecilia and Liam, and son Louie. Paul enjoys golf, traveling, working out, and rooting for the Huskers.
