Craig D. Pfeiffer

In 2012, Craig Pfeiffer founded and continues today as Chairman of Advisors Ahead llc., pursuing a passion to continuously elevate the professionalism of the investment advice industry and the successful development of Financial Advisors.

Additionally, Mr. Pfeiffer is the President & CEO of the Money Management Institute (“MMI”). MMI is the leading voice for the global financial services organizations that provide advice and professionally-managed investment solutions to individual and institutional investors. He is also a Board Director for Westfield Group’s Ohio Farmers Insurance Company. Previously, Craig was an Advisory Board member at Snowden Lane Partners and served as a Board Director for PriceMetrix.

Mr. Pfeiffer is a proven senior financial services executive, following 29 years with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (“MSSB”) and predecessor firms. He transitioned from MSSB in 2012 where he was Vice Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee.

Active with industry and community organizations, Mr. Pfeiffer is a member of the Board and the Executive Committee of Citymeals-On-Wheels serving New York City and President of Bright Seed Foundation. He serves on the Dean’s Council for Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Clay A. Skurdal

Clay Skurdal has spent the last 30+ years in the financial services industry. Currently, Clay is a Managing Director/Senior Advisor for Fieldpoint Private. Prior to accepting this role Clay held the role of Executive Director/Complex Manager for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. In that role, Clay was responsible for the day-to-day operations of six branch locations in Oregon and oversaw more than $7 billion of client assets and approximately $55 million in annual revenue. One of the main tasks performed while in this position was to ensure that appropriate clients had access to all the capabilities being offered to high net worth families.

As an active member of his community Clay has served on several non-profit boards and is involved with several community groups. He has served as President of Eugene Opera, Secretary of Marist Catholic High School Board of Directors, Board Member of O’Hara Catholic School Foundation and former Board Member of the Child Center and Volunteers in Medicine. He is also a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigations Citizens Academy.

Clay is a graduate of Montana State University.
